Being placid is easy for a lake
 especially when it is small.
 Even wind can hardly make
it tremble as trees build a wall.
For people placidity is a hard feat.
 Their reactions quite often show
aggression towards others that they meet
when their patience level is low.
Perhaps a lake can show us how
to keep our calm when needed,
and in a placid way allow
 aggression to be heeded.
