The colour green changed our earth
to life from dreary features,
which in abundance then gave birth
to now all kinds of creatures.
The greens of plants started to show
effective means of living
by absorbing, as you know,
what the sun is giving.
Thus evergreens provide the power
that keeps us steady company.
Together with a random shower
they grow all year, as you can see.
A song which we call evergreen
stays fresh in our minds for long.
Although we might be not so keen
to always listen to the song.
