We love to live on our planet
although we take too much for granted,
 as with ecologists‘ strict tenet
which shows us what for us is planted.
Animals, too, domesticated
 help mankind’s numbers to survive.
 But to make matters complicated
man wants more than just stay alive.
Egotism, greed, ambition
 are only some negative bubbles.
 And every entered coalition
does seldom solve our common troubles.
We can, however, rest assured
that in the end organic matter
 by gravitation will be lured
to fall and sink without a splatter.
