Some say the source of meditation
is in itself a pure reflection,
sometimes a sort of deprivation
or else a hope for self-perfection.
You sit or lie, relax your muscles
and concentrate on calming down
to thus forget the daily hussles
and let the world around you drown.
You find yourself in meditation,
essential of the life within,
and listen to the incantation
of silent joys that then begin.
