To keep the wires fairly stretched
the tension must be high.
The question is, who is attached
and above all – so why?
Is it for older phones to call
friends, relatives, marines,
or for some cables to install
electrical machines.
In any case one hopes they know
which cable works for what,
because, the currents that still flow
might after work be shot.
