In nature’s pictures that we see
we enjoy fields and lakes and tree.
But this one here reminded me:
we can’t spare electricity.
No longer can we do without,
and there can’t be any doubt
should we ponder, pry or pout
wheels of progress won’t run out.
General health may be at stake
for people, animals or lake.
Responsible decisions take
us to visions that we make.
