In times when viruses spread out
their tiny drops fly in the air
in the vague hope to live and sprout
and multiply without a care.
We understand strategic measure,
however, to protect mankind
to whom the virus is no pleasure;
we have an antidote to find.
We fight the invisible foe:
keep our distance, wear a mask,
and thereby try to make it slow,
which is a real life-saving task.
