Cathedrals are supposed to reach
into the sky to worship God.
And priests today still often teach
that man was made by him from clod.
A long way humans have now come
to construct buildings that are high.
Higher than churches, not just some,
not modest are we now nor shy.
Above all else we have to learn
how to make peace and keep it, too.
Our brains are not from clay or stern
but can adapt to fit the shoe.
